Bulk Protein Shake: Peanut Butter & Banana
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter
- 1 scoop of whey protein powder flavor of your choice
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk or milk of your choice
- 1/2 cup of rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the banana, peanut butter, protein powder, almond milk, rolled oats, and vanilla extract.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
